While Hôtel Bellecôte is a special place in itself, its restaurant and the Chef's fabulous cuisine are in keeping with the same spirit: amaze the diner and enchant the tastebuds. Daniel Speller, who also officiates in summer at L'Hostellerie Le Baou on the Gulf of Saint Tropez, mans the ovens with ardour. All you need to think about are words like... "scampi roasted with bitter chicory", "Bresse poultry", "slab of bass with clam broth and thyme", to imagine what happiness awaits you.
Enjoy it all in the stunning dining room with panoramic view over Courchevel Valley or on the terrace overlooking the mountains. Superb buffets and grilled dishes outdoors at lunchtime, weather permitting. Wine list in tune with the fare.
